How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
- If you place an order Monday through Friday please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped out to you. Our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday. If you place an order during those days, your order will be packaged and shipped that following business week within the 2-4 day window.
What is your return policy?

Can I make a change to my online order?
-If you need to make an adjustment to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at bsbcustomerservices@gmail.com, or call (912) 450-0098 if it is Monday-Friday between 10am-7pm. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but once your order has been marked shipped we will not be able to make any changes to your order.
What if my order is miss-placed?
-We are not responsible for any packages that have been lost or stolen after we have shipped them. You will need to track your package by looking at the tracking number sent to you via email.
What if an item is damaged?
-We thoroughly inspect every item, but If an item you have purchased is damaged you will need to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at bsbcustomerservices@gmail.com, and we will be happy to help you from there.
